Worked as a strategy analyst across multiple different projects to design, build, and maintain various business processes within the Finance Strategy Department within the Kemper Finance corporate function. As one of the key members of the team working on target operating models, I led internal requirements discussions, designed current and target state frameworks, and communicated progress throughout implementation. As a shared resource within the learning and development team, I updated comprehensive HR data models, conducted performative data analysis, and transformed and published findings to department stakeholders. Throughout all projects, I also wrote, validated, and memorialized multiple SOP documents--each comprising approximately one hundred detailed process execution steps.

Worked as a business analyst and functional consultant with the objective to implement enterprise resource software for the clients of Crowe's NetSuite Cloud Solutions team. Through analyzing data of the client's operations, my team determined the business needs and quantitative impact for the client's processes; through meetings and discussions with the client, we helped integrate the clients' personnel with the solution of our design. My job was to act on every step of the process--from client interface, to solution design. Additionally, I served as an internal project manager working on internal business analysis of the NetSuite team and budgeting capacity of key projects.

Worked as a public financial analyst and database accountant with the objective to create a non-profit database capable of publishing concise reports to accurately portray the entire collection of America's municipal financial systems. Through analyzing root cause within US GAAP comprehensive annual financial reports of various pension funds, cities, municipalities, and more, I was able to streamline all information into a concise format. Through collection of data and organization into the database, I was able to create deliverable reports for our audience.
