Working with information regarding the service desk in Telenor GSS.Held courses for Telenor Norge AS in Sharepoint 2013 in 8 different sessions.Also working in a project as Subject Matter Expert for the global service desk.During this time I trained the new global service desk in the entire IT area.Also worked with Workday 3rd line Reporting and investigating Integrations.
