• Screening relevant scientific activities (e.g. clinical trials, publications, associations, symposia etc.) to identify important scientific experts in the oncology field• Assessing gaps in coverage of relevant scientific experts• Supporting onboarding and supervision of junior KOL Identification Managers• Carrying out data quality checks to spot trends and errors in data

• Shortlisting, hiring, training and supervising freelancer researchers for various research teams including Data Research, Events, Special Analysis and Quality Check• Establishing quality control processes and metrics to measure and track the progress and success of the research tasks• Establishing and tracking performance metrics for researchers to adjust compensations and incentives, including up to 80 researchers• Coordinating the processes between and within the different teams, to ensure timely delivery of KOL identification and profiling projects for most of the top pharmaceutical companies• Working closely with Data Operations Team Lead to streamline processes in order to increase efficiency of research processes and teams• Close cooperation with the Product Development Team for initiating and implementing of new features to partly automate, speed up and refine all the existing processes
