As a hybris team leader I was directly managing the team who was increased from four to seven members in different stages of the project. Furthermore, I had the responsibility to design and coordinate a complete hybris b2c architecture of implementation and its integrations with different internal and external systems. Among the most important integrations were:- Hybris and ERP through the Datahub, in order to send products(materials) from SAP to Hybris. - Hybris and Marketing- Hybris and ERP through the SQL SERVER. This integration serves as an exchange point of data(pos orders, customers, addresses, custom data) between Naldo’s custom POS and Hybris Ecommerce and Hybris Marketing as well. - Hybris and Payment Gateways, such as Decidir SPS, TodoPago, MercadoPago.- Hybris (PCM) and Mercadolibre(https://www.mercadolibre.com.ar/) integration, in order to publish products to Naldo’s ML site and consequently make them available for selling on “Mercado Libre” Store.Among my daily duties were taking and analysing the functional requirements of our customers and translating them into technical definitions and specifications. That means I had to specify, write and enrich the agile stories with technical details and assist developers with its realization. In addition to that I had the opportunity to train the junior team’s members, lead and guide them through the complexity of the development processes related not only with SAP Hybris field of knowledge but also with software architectural definitions, design patterns and good practices. I was involved in a set of hybris projects of Naldo Lombardi, such as PCM, Commerce and Marketing. Besides Naldo Lombardi, I was working on a PCM implementation of Ribeiro, wich is another important local retailer. I had done there hybris to ERP integration through the datahub and their custom MS Server integration for their specific business requirements.

I participated in the process of decision-making related to the application architecture and its various modules. As software engineer I was developing under java/javascript technologies. I had to work under a lot of pressure and stuff limitations. I participated in the "Buenos Aires Ciudad Segura" project. We developed many GIS modules for managing all federal force' units on the streets by giving the live time information of their geographical location and live time analysis made by our gis engine.
