As the sole operationally involved instructor for the Front-end department, my role was to design, implement and deliver a complete training solution aimed at interns with no previous experience. To this end, I conducted a needs analysis via interviews with the department team leads. A 4-month practical program was proposed and then implemented, that would conclude with the formal on-boarding of trainees in production teams.The overall result of the program was 83% of participants successfully joining the company as junior developers. Further guidance was also provided to ensure each trainee integrates well and continues to grow their talent. During and post implementation, certain flaws in the established on-boarding processes where also identified, which would be used to improve the new employee experience for both junior and more experienced developers joining the team.

As one of the more senior trainers in the organization, I regularly take part in various courses, in addition to my other responsibilities. Student approval rating averages 95%.

The main focus of the role is identifying possibilities for improvement in the operations of the organization and developing solutions to address them. This may include custom software solutions, changes in the processes, staff training and more. Particular emphasis is made on the gathering and analysis of data, which allows better decision making and quantification of the effectiveness of proposed improvements.Hundreds of minor and major improvements have been implemented, just one of which is estimated to have saved the organization 6700+ man-hours during the first year of its rollout. The overall time savings reach tens of thousands of hours.

As the head of a department that develops and delivers the core business product, I was managing 20+ full-time employees (including operational managers) and 50+ contractors and other freelance staff. Responsibilities included yearly planning and scheduling of operations and resources (staff, facilities, equipment, shared company resources), budgeting, development of processes and methodology.A major achievement is the design and implementation of a complete overhaul of the main educational program, which resulted in a 24% increase in the total number of enrolled students and 9% relative increase in student retention over a 16-month period.

The project revolved around adjusting the training objectives for a series of linked courses and redesigning the associated instruction for improved scope, pacing, presentation and overall quality. The achieved result was a 15% average increase in the overall client satisfaction, going as high as 35% for certain portions of the training, as compared to previous instances of the same courses.As a leader of the team, my work included planning and managing team tasks, reviewing deliverables, as well as being operationally involved in the creation and delivery of instruction and classroom training.

As part of a team with close communication and working on tight deadlines, I was tasked with implementing and delivering classroom and online training to large and small audiences of adult learners. Implementation included creation of lesson plans, presentations, practical tasks, automated formative and summative assessments and all other elements of instruction.Achievements include significant growth as a trainer, starting from 85% student approval rating and reaching 96% by the end of the first 4-month course (top-rated trainer, with other team members averaging 93%).The work was largely self-guided and required personal initiative to successfully deliver the training product according to the course schedule. Other tasks included personal tutoring of students and administration of a Learning Management System (LMS).
