-Answer customer phone calls, emails and assist with technical and operational questions concerning all Falcon aircraft. -Provide written detailed in depth troubleshooting technical recommendations for aircraft faults to including wiring checks, functional checks, inspections and adjustments. -Review with customer wiring diagrams, system operational layout and potential faulty components. -Manage AOG situations and continually track progress from initial phone call troubleshooting, parts order, technician sourcing and releasing aircraft to service. -Enter customer contact report into CRM system and follow up with customers request to ensure problem is corrected. -Work alongside with engineering department with complex problems that require engineering evaluations to assist customers. Provide customer with engineers recommendation and liaise with engineering team to resolve unique technical issues. -Assist customer with CH 5 MPD, Service Bulletins, AD's, AMOC's, Technical Instructions, STC's, AMM, IPC, FIM, Flight Manual and MMEL.

-Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Falcon 50, 2000, 900, 7X. -Line maintenance on turbine engines PW300 series, CFE738 and TFE731 series. -Flight control rigging, adjustment and functional test. -Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on all aircraft systems, hydraulics, pneumatic, electronics. -Troubleshoot avionics Honeywell Epic Easy, Rockwell Collins Proline 4 & 21 -Falcon Go Team Technician and Inspector. Respond to AOG calls to field service aircraft for customers. -Use calibrated tools to perform repairs, Multimeter, Megohmmeter, Megger meter, Force gauges, pressure gauges, spring scales, torques wrenches, calipers, Pitot Static Tester. -Comply with Lock out Tag out procedures. Monitor and adhere to safety policies and procedures for team member's and aircraft. -Responsible to manage and delegate tasks to technicians. Organize a daily maintenance plan with goals to achieve for each team member. -Provide hands on training to new hire technicians. Monitor their work and evaluate their progress.
