Technical Trainer, APAC and EMEAThe purpose of this role was to design, deliver and develop a training program globally. The audience consisted mainly of FIT Sales and Operations staff, but also included modules for FIT and Group Coordinators, Customer Care and Reservations staff. The training was mostly of a technical nature, as new systems and practices were being implemented in conjunction with an extensive internal change program, which aimed to double the amount of bookings GTA handled within the next two years. The role required the ability to train people on all levels, strong influencing and communication skills in an international context and a deep knowledge of underlying business requirements, knowledge of specialized systems and an overall understanding of policy and procedure in order to promote best practice. As part of this project, I traveled extensively and delivered training in +20 countries globally. The role required international travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsible for the development and delivery of modular training programs for an international B-2-B client covering various topics in relation to sales and business development. The role required training in three countries and training in three languages.
