A varied role in a company with fast-paced growth, managing both internal and external projects, with focus on:- Business control of product implementation. Monitoring and executing project activities in compliance with project routines to ensure customer satisfaction.- Business support. To create and provide the organization with documentation about routines for constantly improving the implementation of new customers and features.- Business Development. Monitor and ensure that the department is developing in line with visions, goals, strategies and tactics adapted to the business plan with focus on delivery of smart and sellable new and existing services.- Business Improvement. Review and potential modernization of current service offerings inpurpose to maximize sales on existing customers. Additional focus areas includesnew members education, planning and development strategy.

A short-time employment to work with warehouse deviation management, as well as deviations in transport content. Involves a lot of contact with warehouse staff to investigate missing or unadvised goods. Discussions with purchasers as well as suppliers to come up with the best solution for handling deviation in transports or goods sent was also a big part of the role as In- and Outbound Administrator.

A fluent role in a startup company were building everything from the ground is extremely important. A key for me was to get experience in innovative thinking and business developing, that is why I was using my spare time to work with this company.

The role was wide and varied, with a focus on logistics and transport flows, but I was also responsible for developing the business and establish good relationships with the customers. I was responsible for the operational work towards the customers, my compiles and reports were key to the customer. I was also responsible for projecting forecasts and having regular meetings with the customer.

Three terms as a summer temp, administrative work as Return Logistics Manager at the Ecology Management Control Tower (a part of Ericssons global environmental initiatives). Work mostly performed through MSOffice mailbox, Excel and SAP. My assignments were keeping track of the return flow of decommissioned materials through constant contact with Ericsson customers and recyclers.
