I worked as a senior consultant or business/system analyst in more than 30 project in Financial (Banking, Insurance, Leasing), Energy and Goverment sector. For example: Lombard Leasing, KELER, EDF DÉMÁSZ, Unicredit and Unicredit Leasing, Decathlon, BKV, ÉDV, EMK, etc.I focus on custom application development projects and process-based operational development. I am in charge of understanding, managing requirements and analyzing operational processes.I believe that the process management - as a tool - provides a great opportunity to understand company's processes and identify the development potencials. Accordingly, I often use BPM-BPR tools and methods in analysis-design project phases. One of my responsibilities to making entire recommendations and design customized solutions, which enables the company to achieve business success and development. My task also to support the delivery of the development, testing and deployment in the production environment - until the end of the project. I work closely with product managers, business experts on the client side and developers, architects on the delivery side.Furthermore I also often manage custom application development and IT consultancy projects. In this role I am responsible for achieving the project goals. I take care of the preparation of deliverables and review the professional documents and softwares. I manage the project scope, occuring risks and my responsibility to ensure availability of the required resources and competencies. One of the most important tasks is to ensure the basis for effective cooperation and communication of team members.
