Main responsibility:- Define manufacturing process- Approving changes in production process- Responsibility for maintenance of the production process related documentacion (BOM, WI, PM, CP, FMEA)- Preparing specification for the production equipments- Support the root cause analysis, repair activity of serious machine break down- Defining and analyse the root cause of the non conformities and giving advice for correction- Support analysis of customer complaints- Coordinating the sample production (NPI, cutomer requested sample)- Using ECO/ECR and Deviation process for approving product changes from manufacturing site- Define calibration process for assigned equipments- Participation on production area related communication forums (TIER, SQC, other meetings)- Preparing production related presentations (FPY)- Registration of the related spends and investments on the production area- Leading engineering projects related to the production areaDevelop professional relationship with other departmens and suppliers (R&D, Quality, Production, SDE, HSE, Maintenance).Continuously monitoring the working environment and business processes in the daily job. Based on observations continuously making proposals for improvements and participation in the realization.Supporting HOS full scale deployment, usage and maintenace this procesess developed during deployment
