My principal responsibilities were creating brand value and building emotional links between the consumer and KO brands via brand-specific activations which include:- adding local insight, value and creative depth to brand strategy development,- designing programs to increase brand awareness for specific consumer occasions and implementing initiatives jointly with the bottler sales and marketing team,- inspiring and leveraging other units (brand team, bottler, etc) in order to capture maximum input from them,- collecting and generating outstanding ideas by activation and exhibition visits, brain-storming and translating them into innovative activations,- maintaining strong contact with 3rd parties (agencies, programming managers etc.) in order to generate the most effective appearance for no1 local music asset, Coke Club,- smoothly managing and monitoring the activation budget which drives for cost-effective solutions.

Major tasks were:- grow brand equity and relevance through community marketing model- annual and long term sport-marketing strategic planning- budget planning and monitoring- athletes performance management- execute small fire activations, brand building events and innovation projects- leverage global brand assets locally (Formula 1 Hungarian GP activation and Red Bull Air Race World Championship Budapest round)- manage locally relevant consumer communication, sponsorships and events- relationship management with internal stakeholders, key business partners, agencies and communities- assist in sport POS development- conduct administrative tasks on a weekly and monthly base to national and international management- coordinate the everyday work of the assistance
