The TEAM Lab at UW-Madison is a professional machine shop based inside of the College of Engineering. The shop serves to provide tools and training to students and staff of UW to assist with prototyping and developing manufacturing skills. In this position I oversaw the shop floor and led training seminars to teach inexperienced individuals about machining on industrial machine tools.

My role in this position was to work as a mechanical design engineer. I helped design, prototype, and test industrial assembly machines for customers located throughout the US.

In this role I was tasked with designing, prototyping, and testing components for hobbyist-grade CNC mills and routers.
