My duties as a Lecturer on European Law are :Delivering lectures, seminars and tutorials;developing and implementing new methods of teaching to reflect changes in research;designing, preparing and developing teaching materials;assessing students' coursework;setting and marking examinations;supporting students through a pastoral or advisory role;undertaking personal research projects and actively contributing to the institution's research profile;writing up research and preparing it for publication;supervising students' research activities;completing continuous professional development (CPD) and participating in staff training activities;carrying out administrative tasks related to the department, such as student admissions, induction programmes and involvement in committees and boards;managing and supervising staff - at a senior level this may include the role of head of department;representing the institution at professional conferences and seminars, and contributing to these as necessary;establishing collaborative links outside the university with industrial, commercial and public organisations.

My duties as a Assistant Advocate are :Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.Present and summarize cases to judges and juries.Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.Gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case.Represent clients in court or before government agencies.Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit.Select jurors, argue motions, meet with judges and question witnesses during the course of a trial

The Foundation for Economic Freedom aims to promote economic theories, standing for a wide de-regulation of certain sectors of the economy and support a lower presence of state in the economy, which should be active only to guarantee the a free and fair competition. Additionally, FLE will try to identify and promote also new faces from of the academic and economic world, which endorse the economic liberalization theories.

The European University of Tirana encourages international cooperation and the transfer of lecturers and students between partner institutions. It also has study abroad programs for one semester or one academic year with partner Universities, including Aston University, in Birmingham, UK. The two Universities intend to further their cooperation by offering joint Doctorates in the near future.[citation needed] UET has also signed cooperation agreements with Panthéon-Assas University, France; the University of Bari, Italy; Bar-Ilan University, Israel; the University of Montenegro, Montenegro; South East European University, Macedonia; the University of Marseille, France; and the University of Santiago, Chile.Gradually UET is heading towards the end of the first decade of its life. Since its establishment in 2006, the European University of Tirana has not stopped its efforts to reform, structure, and perfect itself and ensure high quality graduates. UET is also very active in the social space, in the world of ideas, initiatives, publications, projects, and job market connections. This is enough to complete the profile of a university entirely at the service of its public mission - preparing students, specialists, citizens; of a university as the center of the living forces of society.Now it is the time to move to another stage, it is the time to prepare for the second decade of the European University of Tirana, as a university in service of the development of the job market. This metaphor and paradigm attaches to our objective, "UET, Excellence 2020", forming a sustainable plan based on three points: Excellence, Job Market, and Contribution in the Function of Development. These three concepts may and should coexist and help one another.

UET Centre is a civil society organization established in 2009 as an initiative of a group of researchers and lecturers at the European University of Tirana (UET). UET Centre intends to contribute towards the progress and democratization of the Albanian society through policy-oriented research projects, capacity building initiatives and joint projects in the following areas: social and economic policy, education policy, environmental policy, sustainable development, human rights, information technology, social innovation and entrepreneurship with a particular focus on good governance and democracy.
