As part of the Royal Institute of Technology, I work with researchers and students to bring their great ideas and research to market. The role includes working with the pre-incubator programs as well as greater community management with crucial partnerships and KTH alumni around the world.

I worked with global consumer and behavioural insight. I was responsible from start-to-end to plan, manage, run and deliver insights, both qual and quant. Using world leading eye tracking technology as the main methodology, the projects offered unique opportunity to work with attention data and implicit behavior in any touch-point of a user or consumer journey.Projects spanned from academia to production industry, shopper and brand owners.

I worked with supporting and connecting with the users as well as running user research projects to continuously improve the experience of the iOS app. I also worked with copy, QA and strategy.

Did an internship at Flamingo Group in London. I worked with projects for Unilever, GSK, Adidas, PepsiCo, YouTube, and Campari among others within different fields of qualitative research such as digital forensics, focus groups, semiotics and consumer-centered research across markets in the world.

Worked at a youth center/ residence for unaccompanied refugee children. Administrative tasks and planning as well as governmental documentation and everyday support of their individual needs and wants.

Worked with sales (store, phone, web), customer service, but mainly improvement/content within the e-commerce and website.

Responsible for the youth members throughout Sweden. Organised events and worked with communication through social media, blog and website. Also project planning and management, finances and fund applications included. Lecturing and coaching, hosting workshops. A lot of documentation and some photo/video editing.
