Senior Project Manager
Current• Lead IT implementation projects for the GBSF department (VIM Opentext, Celonis process mining)- Coordinate project resources and tasks- Control costs, change requests- Project administration, project documentations, reports- Liaise with Vendor for contract management- Maintain project plan, issue, risk registers- Facilitate steering committee meetings, project status meetings, ensure proper project communication• Maintain the total project overview of Global Business Services (GBS) Finance globally including planning, resourcing, budgeting, status reporting and risk / issue management• Coordinate business project team deliverables in SAP S/4 Hana implementations: Assessment, Training, Testing, Data migration, Go live, Hypercare• Establish project governance in the organization (tools, templates, communication channels) • Develop global transition management framework• Transition end-to-end accounting services between GBS centers• Manage finance transformation projects for SAP S4Hana implementation• Escalation in all phases of projects – from initiation through closeout• Continuously liaising with development, data migration, financial services and local business teams
