Østermark Grouting has special skills in grouting of on and offshore wind turbines and oil/gas installations with ultrahigh strength concrete. • ensuring that the projects is delivering on time, within budget and scope following the required safety and quality standards.• managing individual projects, across different sites, simultaneously• Managing and leading the project organisation• Day-to-day communication and alignment with the customer and service team• Ensuring effective project planning and control• Monitoring project progress, budget and performance on a continuous basis• Managing the work of sub-contractors, allocating and utilising resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a cooperative and successful team• Reporting and escalating to the line manager as needed• Managing and maintaining project documentation and ensure all reporting requirements are met on time
