Position Overview:As the Office QA Lead, I play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products/services. I lead a team of talented QA professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement best practices to drive a culture of quality throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities:• Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the QA team, including mentoring and guiding QA members, fostering a collaborative work environment, and setting a high standard for quality excellence.• Test Planning: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test processes tailored to the unique needs of the clients.• Automation: Lead the implementation of test automation strategies and tools, leveraging technologies such as Selenium, Cypress, Python, PowerShell, Java, C# to improve testing efficiency and coverage.• Quality Assurance: Oversee and participate in both Manual and Automation Testing to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.• Process Optimization: Continuously optimize testing processes, including test case creation, bug tracking, and test reporting, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with quality goals.• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in QA, and apply this knowledge to enhance our testing practices.• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.• Metrics and Reporting: Define and measure key quality metrics, providing data-driven insights into the quality of our software products.• Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship opportunities for team members to support their professional growth.
