Having worked my way from practitioner, 3rd in Charge, and Room Leader to Deputy Manager, I have a detailed understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the people I lead. In addition to my BIIAB Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor qualification, I have also attained Level 3 in Forest School training. My heart to see all children obtain the best start in life has taken me as far afield as India where I spent 15 days building a wall in a school for Dalit children in Chinamuthevi.
