I am IT resilience lead at Norsk Hydro, a global aluminium company. My strong focus on resilience skyrocketed after spending 3 months in the war room from the first day of the Hydro's cyberattack in 2019 and has been challenged every day by the heavy demands of supply chain resilience and the arriving NIS2 compliance.In my actual role, I am responsible for maturing resilience. Improving recovery capability of the IT systems and continuity of critical IT business processes, concerning crisis and third-party risk management relations. I have a strong background in SAP, onprem and cloud infrastructure, having worked as a solution architect and a SAP basis consultant for Norsk Hydro and other global IT service delivery companies. I have also acquired multiple certifications in cybersecurity, leadership, and crisis management, including the (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity credential. My core competence GRC and security minded resilience development based on solid Business Application, infrastructure technology operation and service delivery understanding.
