• Prototype brake controllers pneumatic hydraulic and electronical functional testing, data acquisition from the ECUs and tester machines developing • Developing and automating the flashing processes (K-line, CAN, FlexRay) and implementing cyber security SW components ont he prototype brake controller ECUs• Design and manufacture of test devices and cables what are necessary for testing• Support of cyber security team in the testing of cyber security SW components, as well as the examination of the possibilities of implementing cyber security processes into serial production • Collaborating with vechile tester colleagues to resolve various issues related to test • Cooperation with development colleagues regarding prototype production (SW and HW level) and supporting serial brake controller productions all over the world• Supporting the production of prototype brake systems from assembly side (pressing technologies, dispensing)In addition, I spent more months at Continental in Frankfurt, where I had the opportunity to be involved in the latest brake control project and supported them in automation tasks related to SW flash.
