• ABB robot programming with extensive usage of ABB RobotStudio software.• Ensuring that all off-line or on-line robot programs developed are efficient and that they adhere to the standards and needs of the customer.• Developing and presenting the off-line ABB robotic simulation process in conjunction with I/O signals and application data.• Creating of stand-alone Robotic systems without PLC usage.• Uploading and downloading of robot paths and programs and complete on-line adjustment as required.• Introducing programming improvements in ABB robotic systems that are consistent with customer changes or manufacturing needs.• Creating, debugging, tryout and verifying I/O signals and interfaces in the designed or already build machines.• Maintaining frequent communication with mechanical and controls design personnel, as well as with manufacturing personnel, throughout the entire programming dressing and tryout phases of installation.• Preparing of complete documentation of the robotic procedure, including a printout of robot path programs and all associated data fields.• Dimensioning, layout and wiring of back panels, enclosures and field devices.• Mounting, routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards.• Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, & Instrumentation.• Troubleshooting of panels and "field" devices as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions.• Participating and servicing of equipment on Customer floor after delivery, ensuring that installed equipment functions to design criteria.

As part of my daily duties, I was responsible for Working as a Workshop Assistant Technician involved assisting the Workshop Supervisor in the production of sheet metal ductwork and ductwork components. At all times I ensured all health and safety protocols were adhered to, especially when working around machinery or forklifts. As a Machine Operator, I was trained to operate a wide range of sheet metal processing machinery used in the manufacture of sheet metal ductwork for ventilation. After three years I progressed to site work with the Duct Installation Supervisor which provided me with extensive experience of working with clients. This further extended my customer service and communication skills as well as my capacity to work under pressure and problem solve on site. As a valued employee, I always worked well within a team and ensured that I was a highly productive employee, open to learning and training in all aspects of the job, especially when it came to meeting tight deadlines and ensuring the finished product was ready for delivery. This role allowed me to further harness my technical competency in regards to measuring, cutting and working as a core part of a team. It also improved, my overall vigilance and awareness and my self-discipline and ability to work strategically alongside seniority in order to execute vision and subsequent tasking.
