After more than ten years of living in Spain,I decided to return to Bulgaria and finish my education-diploma in economics,focusing in finances and put into practice the Spanish language that I have learned,I strated working as s Customer care representative at Moneygram project with Spanish and English languages.Assisted clients and agents over the phone with inquiries and issues related to their transactions and /or agencies as wellas answered a variety of inquiries about the company's products,fpllowing high standarts of service for which I was always highly regarded bu clients ,agents and Quality assurance representatives.The position required handling in an environment with a large number of calls,multitasking,protecting customers from fraud,technological work with the company"s ERP system -Salesforce,Power Transact and Mainframe-documenting and escalating cases to different departments.After proving myself to myself and after being appreciated by clients and agents and having worked for ten years in this position ,I am again open to new challenges now.
