- Provide support to CEO in the reorganisation and business development processes- Design business, financial and controlling processes- Implement KPIs, regular reporting and reviews- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis- Strict cash-flow and credit management on ongoing basis- Lead and develop the Finance division

- Form a close relationship with CEO and other Senior Executives- Budgeting, forecasting and actual – budget variance analysis- Provide regular riporting and ensure compliance with Hungarian and Group Standards- Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors- Analyse market trends to create strategic plans, contribute to company strategy decision making- Oversee the company wide budget preparation- Take overall control of all financial and purchase transactions- Overall cash management on ongoing basis- Credit management- Maintain relationships with service providers (IT, GDPR, banks, advisors, legal counsel, auditors)- Lead and develop the Finance (6 people) and IT (2 people) divisions

- Prepare the yearly financial statements and reports in accordance with Hungarian Accounting Laws & Group Accounting Policy- Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the external auditors- Compile regular and ad hoc reports- Prepare annual budget and forecasts, analyse budget to actual variances- Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts- Oversee and control the bookkeeping function- Regularly review balance sheet reconciliations- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures- Prepare and submit relevant tax returns in time- Keeping contact and negotiate with banks and corporate lawyer, represent the Company before Tax Authority- Assist the CFO with financial reporting as required- Manage the outsorced accounting functions of subsidiary

- Plan and compile of yearly ICFR work programme- Scoping and identifying relevant financial risks- Designing and implementing financial controls- Execution of Internal Audit works- Develop and implement local policies and procedures- Regular reporting to Group Internal Audit- Perform controlling tasks (targeting, target-actual comparison, analysis)

- Auditing financial statements and group reporting packages of entities- Coordinate audit work with a team of 2-5 assistants- Continuous cooperation and communication with team members and clients- Presenting the audit results and findings to managers and partners- Prepare audit documentation
