Not only have they proven to be great examples of the need for creating a strong plan and secure delivery against it according to crystal clear timings, deadlines and responsibilities, they have also taught me a lot about stakeholder and peoples management. And it boils down to communication. Without communication, you do not succeed.MULTICULTURAL/MULTILINGUALAfter living (SE, AT, DE, CA, ES) in several countries and working with lots of different nationalities I consider myself a multicultural person with a great understanding of the challenges/possibilities it brings. Culture truly fascinates me. As does languages. Since it's many times an opener to the culture, I've always put an effort to learn the language where I live or work which has equipped me with Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, English, German, Spanish.
