Job responsibilities:– «Bird view» project management: from the moment of receipt of the brief to the completion of the implementation, in-depth understanding of the goals of client brands, projects; – Monitoring the level of "happiness" of clients and building long-term working relationships; – Defending the client's interests within the agency and vice versa; – Coordination, control and allocation of project resources between project and creative teams (within the agency and with contractors); – Control of the work of the management team of 6 persons: 2 Senior Account Managers, 2 Account Managers and 2 Junior Account Managers; – Assisting managers in crisis management and setting priorities; – Approval of budgets, project timings, monitoring of KPI's performance and compliance with deadlines; – Participation in development tenders; – Management of the preparation of applications for the competition "EFFIE 2019", two of which received awards – silver and bronze.
