We aim to further ignite passion, share experiences, strengthen our network, and make it easier for international VCs to connect to their peers. The Wholesale Credit team underwrites and structures some of the largest M&A, LBO/SBO and Refinancing transactions within the space of Leveraged Finance by performing rigorous credit analysis, financial modelling, and negotiation of the structure, legal terms and conditions of the transactions.
