During recent years, the business activity of the company originally specialized for economical and human resources (HR) consulting has become diversified and continuously expanded.- Lead and handle full of recruitment processes (E2E)- Build up and maintain Clients networks- Attend business partners meeting- Support our Business Clients based on their requirements - Use innovative sourcing and networking techniques to find potentials candidates- Follow-up Candidates' careers- Provide labour market information to Partners (market research, etc.)- Make reports and statistics for managers and Business Clients as well- Handle all of the processes with the new joiners as a Mentor- Training, Coaching the team members - Participate in permanent placement projects in the whole Hungary- Coordinate the work of trainees

- Lead full projects of hiring based on Client's requirements- Keep contact with Clients and candidates also- Make the survey of Labour market and benchmark- Support junior colleagues work and daily routines- Coach the applicants and give advise to the Clients- Make weekly, monthly report directly to the CEO

- Handle recruitment processes in different fields of work from the beginning- Manage follow-up procedures- Participate in country-wide projects- Keep contact with candidates and clients- Pay visits regularly to maintain personal relationships with partners- Sieve through different databases, select CVs, conduct interviews- Attend all steps of the recruitment process of Assessment Centres as a specialist- Provide advice for applicants- Support junior colleagues work and new entries integration- Coordinate the trainees work- Coorporate with Hungarian departments and other inside unit such as marketing, sales, finance, head of business- Participate in develop the company ERP system

- Administrative support to a group of consultants with five team members- Responsible for prepare invoices- Active involvement in recruiting processes- Select CVs, arrange the time of interviews with candidates- Make monthly, quarterly, yearly statistics to report directly to the head of the unit- Interact with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, corporate leadership

- Support the work of Project Managers at SAP and Software Division as an Assistant- Keep contact with sales departments- Prepare invoices and administration of projects- Prepare audits
