Managing Compliance function in the segment of games evaluation, software testing and certification

• The main focus was the General Compliance function in the operational business of Dragon Capital, in particular management and guidance of all sort of Compliance issues and KYC check-ups in the segment of Property Management and other Private Equity Projects of Dragon Capital group of companies;• Keeping up the highest corporate standards of KYC procedures and Due Diligence processes both in the internal issues and in the cross- business environment;

• Conducting international tax planning and corporate restructuring of holding and operating (FMCG, IT, Construction & Development, FinTech, Investment) companies;• Advising HNWIs on changing their tax residency;

• All- round local and international business compliance in scope of non- resident companies’ formation, support & restructuring;• Private wealth management of HNWIs; • Assistance with the search of potential investor to the project of a client of mine and advising on entering new markets/niche with the next full tax, corporate and banking support;
