- Creating the ultimate store experience for our customer, driving sales and meeting the sales target of all 3 - Perks, Foundation and WAP (with any purchase)- Analysing figures and reports to stay informed of trading performance, helping to identify strengths and weaknesses within the store.- Following Visual Merchandising documents to ensure store is always up to date on current store product, as well as creating merchandising solves within specific departments.- Liaising with support channels, including Regional Managers,National, State and Regional VM partners and other retail managers within the region to receive and provide feedback and advice on how the store is running, how we can ensure the store and team are performing at optimal levels, as well as VM support through phone calls, FaceTime as well as face to face meetings.- Creating/Following a daily planner; dissecting budgets within the 5 brands and working towards how to optimise sales within each brand for the overall success of the store. Gridding of team members and conversing with them on how the day will run, inducting them for the day and explaining their daily role and tasks to be completed within their shift.- Keeping product presentable and to the brand specific standards (sizing, tidying of wall layouts and floor fixtures), ensuring that the product is always presented and kept to the VM standard.- Managing staff and supporting them within their daily tasks, serving as their mentor and assisting with their growth and development within not only the store, but the company.
