DaR Design is an architectural design startup dedicated to delivering tailored services and experiences through space, technologies, design and education.

Coordinated and oversaw the development of FTZ 16+1, a cross-border trading platform operating under the guidance of China's Intergovernmental initiative "16+1". Responsibilities included brand identity creation, business strategy and overall daily operations planning and execution. Lead the development of company's overseas and local partner network and relations, as well as provided support to the B2B sales department in Mainland China.Currently acting as a freelance consultant.

Responsible for planning, development and implementation of marketing, communications and public relations activities and events. Successfully lead the expansion of company's Partner Firm and Partner network, as well as sourced investment opportunities and co-created several large scale investment portfolios. Supervised and lead the company's public image and brand visibility. Served as an innovator in all aspects of internal and external business activities and projects, developing new approaches and strategies.

Working closely with the CG, we successfully planned and organized a series of events for the celebration of the National Day of Latvia in Shanghai, including a piano recital at the Shanghai Oriental Art Center. I co-lead the PR efforts and coordination of the National Day celebration proceedings, attended by the President of Latvia, accompanying diplomatic and business delegation, as well as other local and international government representatives and high-ranking guests. Throughout my time in expo I mediated meetings and cross-cultural communication to support the efforts of Latvian officials and business representatives in their promotion of Latvia as an investment and travel destination.

My primary responsibilities included the management and supervision of a real estate finance portfolio consisting of residential, commercial and logistics properties and developments around the country. I coordinated and executed pre- and post-closing servicing, including legal document preparation and negotiations. Managed daily client relations, work with internal and external attorneys, appraisers, technical engineers, related governmental entities and internal teams.Created and implemented a new internal data base for portfolio monitoring, which improved the overall quality of portfolios within the unit.
