Responsible for: understanding business requirements, including specific rule sets and business logic. Understaning customer behavior patterns on the site/app in terms of navigation, search, engagement using data analysis to develop strategies to optimize customer experience and maximize demand. Managing the overall customer UI/UX design thinking and best practices. Creating team of developers, including: frontend, backend, auto and manual testers, designers and marketing managers. Managing workflow, oversee and develop team, and work with a team to build high-quality site/app that support the business. Collaborating on strategic direction for web and mobile, develop product features and release roadmap for all of our web properties in management of its end-to-end lifecycle.

Responsible for: managing a team of developers and daily work with other departments, main projects management, desktop and mobile website and profit-bringing landing development for world markets (Asia, Africa, Middle East, USA, Latin America and Europe), new CTA features development and implementation, analyze landings and features performance and suggest improvements (based on Google Analytics, Hotjar and inside analysis), landing and features AB tests development and after-test analysis, new tools development and implementation to working processes.

Responsible for: managed advertising budgets over, main projects management, desktop and mobile website and profitbringing landing development for world markets (Africa, Asia, Middle East, USA, Latin America, Oceania, Europe and CIS), social media accounts managin (Facebook, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn & Instagram), social media trends and competitors monitoring, suggest new ways to attract prospective customers and followers via paid and non-paid advertising, plan and design email marketing campaigns, develop and implement SMS marketing campaigns, create email and phone databases for leads generation, plan and create online and print newspaper campaigns, keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with other departments and partners, analyze campaigns performance and suggest improvements (based on Google Analytics, Hotjar, Yandex and inside analytics), report on leads and sales revenue generated by Social Media, Newsletters, SMS and Newspaper campaigns, stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness, suggest new ways to attract prospective customers.

Responsible for: internal and external advertisement plan based on monthly budget, planning advertising campaigns on Radio and TV, scenarios preparation for commercial advertising, visual advertising in-store and out-store, monthly “KRUZA” newspaper preparation (promo-products selection, coordination with suppliers, mock-up preparation with designer, manage printing process, distribution), websites and e-shop developing, manage website and e-shop content, plan special offers and promotions, update information on website and e-shop, negotiating with suppliers about promos and possible cooperation in advertising campaigns, presentation and events, social media accounts management.

Responsible for: marketing research, marketing strategy development, SMM, PR, drive public relations, events organization, help businesses enter to Latvian market.
