Responsible for the Product and Process: price positioning , product propositions, market analyses and customer needs evaluation, active communication with external partners (in sales, marketing, installation and manufacturers), trainings of external and internal sales engineers and front office retail channels, material purchasing, marketing and business strategy, digital sales process.Key successes:- Developed PV & Heat pumps business - we went from 150 technologies sold in 2018 to 2100+ in 2021 and we are aiming to be a leader in PV market in 2021/22.- Developed and trainned internal sales team of 10+ sales engineers.- Onboarded and trainned 10+ external partners for sales, marketing and installation.- Successfully integrated and developed acquired subsidiary company "Tenaur" for installing anddeveloping PV & HVAC technologies, we went from 15 employees in 2019 to 60+ in 5 branches nationwide in 2020.- Improved profitability of the product portfolio and successfully raised level of customer experience.
