I co-founded tru.cmty in partnership with Berlin-based innovation and strategy agency Beluga Strategic Design. I assisted in planning and executing various strategy/innovation workshops for internationally operating corporations. My activities included: - Assistance in planning the workshop setup (sessionlab).- Moderating/facilitating online workshops (Miro); guiding Top-Level Executives of globally active corporations through the process.- Full responsibility for analysing the data and creating the output which was given to marketing management. - Creation and presentation of a market trend report. Furthermore, I assisted in executing and analysing various market research projects (IDIs, Online Communities). I also set up a new online community together with the founder of Beluga (branding, wording, website, social media channels) to better retain the participants of consumer-centric workshops and potentially develop new business opportunities. This was launched under the name "tru.cmty".

I co-founded a creative agency that created a community network of young (Gen Z), interesting and creative people who care about important social issues like discrimination, sustainability or mental health. Based on this community we offer workshop concepts on CSR and Gen Z related marketing. Community can be seen here: https://www.instagram.com/be.liquid/My activities included: - Developing the concept, strategy and CI. - Executing social media marketing and community building activities on Instagram and LinkedIn: We were able to grow the community to ca. 100 members and 750 Instagram followers in two months. - Copywriting for website and social media content; content creation in general. - Writing the business plan. - Conducting Gen-Z research projects (qualitative group discussion) and outputting trend reports.

Support in the planning and execution of the Daimler event series "be a mover". The purpose of the events was to generate media value by presenting new technologies and products and building a community of celebrities supporting Daimler in their mission. I accompanied C-level Daimler representatives, prominent guests and media representatives during the event and advised them in their roles, ensuring smooth procedures and meeting the targets.
