I design rituals for work an host a workshop called 'How to make rituals'Once, I started a university that gave a one-year course in ritual design and attended it. In my studies in the field of religious studies, I have focused on ritual and practices at the fringes of religiosity, such as the religious expressions that emerge when we talk of creative 'energies' at work. Other educational background of mine is in philosophy, alternative business design, project management and leadership. I have been an associate of an award-winning consultancy in the development of purposeful organisations in Brighton. During that time, I mostly made rituals for clients and in-house processes. There is also quite a bit of ritual in my life.
