During my internship at INFORSE-Europe, I ensured a well-organised and fluid execution of the organisation’s presentations, panel debates and networking events, and single-handedly and successfully organised and moderated a public panel debate. In this context, I also created informative and captivating visual content, which was published on the NGO's social media profiles and in local newspapers.Additionally, I updated the organisation’s website by enhancing the overview of the European Union’s legislative procedures, climate policies, and energy-related laws, as well as by translating certain pages from English to French.Together with my colleagues, I produced an instructive and concise collection of articles, which will serve to spread popular knowledge and qualify public debate about the EU and its role in the fight against climate change. Finally, I contributed to the collaboration with civil society actors and was tasked with taking notes and drafting fundraising applications for the establishment of sustainable energy solutions in local communities in Ukraine.

As a GDPR Relais Expert, I helped implement an entirely new GDPR case treatment system and subsequently monitored the correct use of this system, assisted the various markets with any questions they might have, and liaised with Nissan's DPO and other stakeholders in order to treat complex requests. As a GDPR Relais Expert, I have earned vast knowledge about GDPR legislation and have frequently drafted replies to local data protection authorities such as the ICO in the UK and the Ombudsman in various markets.

During the first 6 months as a customer care agent, I treated calls, e-mails and live chats to answer any queries that the customers might have about the Nissan products and services. In the last 1,5 years, I treated complaint cases regarding a vast range of topics, including requests for goodwill/compensation, definitive repair solutions, etc. Working as a back office agent, I provided assistance to both the Norwegian, UK and Belgian teams, and I acquired significant knowledge and understanding of consumer protection legislation and frequently drafted replies to consumer dispute advisors/boards.

As a supervisor (temporary mission), I ensured that the team delivered excellent production and quality results and dealt with the various administrative tasks such as filling in timesheets, performing evaluations and supporting my agents in answering any questions they might have about our case treatment processes. Towards the end of the mission, I was in charge of the implementation of the back office operation for Nissan Nordic Europe and served as the primary back office supervisor.
