I was responsible for overseeing the development of Attentify's AI-based fall-detection software. During my time leading Attentify, the product went from a theoretical concept to a functioning prototype that was beta-tested in real-world elderly homes and registered interest from the largest players in the elderly care industry.

The Internet is a wild place and so is some of the content on it. The main goal of Ageware is rather simple - to help make it safer for children, and to protect companies from legal issues connected to minors using their services online. We utilize state-of-the-art biometric technology and a simple selfie to estimate the age of the website visitors - safely, securely, and most importantly in complete privacy for that getting age checked.

I am a member of the Startup Consulting team. My duties are to actively communicate with the special guests via email and phone before the event, managing their schedules, accommodation arrangements and other necessary aspects of their stay. I am also extensively involved in researching the special guests and making sure that they are good fit for SWCS. I am as well involved in the programming part of the conference, working with the conference directors on its content.During the event, I am responsible for taking care of 50+ special guests on personal basis, helping them navigate the event and its surroundings, managing their on-site presence and utilizing my language, customer service and interpersonal skills.

I was in charge of logistics during one of Europe's most prestigious international wine competitions - The Oenoforum 2015. I had a team of 2 drivers that I was coordinating for transportation of VIPs to and from the event.The event climaxed into Gala awards ceremony which I was in charge of executing. This meant working with outsourced contractors handling everything from guest speakers through A/V systems and F&B staff to security.

I have undergone this internship as a mandatory part of my studies. I was given opportunity to work with some wonderful people in a hotel chain that defies the "old" rules of hotel industry and rather than following them makes its own. This manifests in new ways of dealing with customers, progressive dress-code and generally more relaxed yet highly professional atmosphere of a 5* hotel.During the first 3 moths, I was a bellboy (or as they call it in W a Welcome Ambassador). We were as the name suggests facilitating the first contact between the client and the hotel. We handled baggage, often quite difficult negotiation with taxi drivers for our clients, and special requests in the hotel. The last 2 months of my internship, I have spent as a waiter in two establishments inside the hotel. The Wet Bar - pool deck restaurant. This is where my skills were put to test with most days having to service 40 tables alone. I realised the importance of HR inside the hotel and especially the hiring element. The second establishment was a franchised night club - The Eclipse. Situated on 25th floor with 360º views it offers chic decor and signature cocktails.
