Led sprint-reviews, daily stand-ups, and decision-making processes for "Deadlink: Soundtrack" and "Zelter: Zombie Zhooter demo" on Steam.- Influencer Engagement: Strategically managed influencer relationships, reducing key distribution to scammers to zero. Collaborated with small and medium-sized influencers on a limited budget. This way, "Deadlink" got over 600,000 additional views on YouTube and Twitch with budget less than 200 USD.- Documentation: Authored comprehensive instructions for colleagues and developers, covering Twitch streaming setup, Reddit posting, JS/Python script editing/running, and OBS configuration.- Enhanced Visibility: Expanded our game's online presence by diversifying social media platforms (introduced Reddit, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and the variety of visual content created by the design department.
