After graduating from a private business school in 2009, I launched a startup that was acquired within six months. I then pursued a logistics and sales associate career for an exotic car rental company in Melbourne, Australia. Upon returning to Croatia, I worked as a sports project event guide for Valamar, a leading global tourism brand.In 2012, alongside competing as a professional triathlete, I began organizing triathlon events, including the National Championships. My journey in media began in 2014 at a marketing studio, where I quickly took on responsibility for major projects, gaining expertise across various fields and evolving into an independent filmmaker.In 2019, I founded a production company that, over the next three years, produced a series of programs for the Croatian National Television (HRT1). As the owner and project lead, I managed teams of 20 professionals with diverse roles, overseeing every aspect of production. This included adapting to 24/7 schedules, managing on-location shoots, controlling expenses, and handling unexpected challenges. I ensured the delivery of engaging content that met the audience's high standards and partners on the screenplay.
