- Consulted and assisted customers on site, via telephone, Skype, email, as well as desktop sharing remote sessions (RDP, GoToMeeting, LogMeIn, TeamViewer) in servicing and fixing hardware and software issues;
- New OS deployment: PC groups conversion, migration (MS SCCM) and refreshing;
- Implemented Virtual Private Networks, set up and configured Wireless Access Points
- Provided user workstation support, maintenance, patching and troubleshooting, virus and malware removal and data backup/recovery;
- Evaluated, recommended, ordered and installed new systems, networking hardware, and software. Built servers from the components, fixed PCs, Macs and portable computers;
