I have experience in IT industry related to Service Assurance and Design architecting, consulting, and designs for client by demonstrating a high level of competency in the planning, implementation, configuration, and maintenance/migration for developing end to end converged solutions along with providing pre-sales technical engagement.I am specialized in Enterprise Monitoring tools for infrastructure monitoring and for service monitoring, Event management & Automation tools from a wide range of platforms handling all modern (cloud/containers/Kubernetes) and legacy infrastructure. He typically works with different platforms supporting solutions such as cloud monitoring, end user experience monitoring, deep log monitoring solutions, service monitoring solutions, infrastructure monitoring, observability and event sources of all kinds, capacity optimization, proactive monitoring, dynamic thresholds, and network monitoring.I have experience from log monitoring from various event sources such as Splunk and Elastic but as these parts is a bit in the past, I need to brush up this to provide at senior architectural level.I have also worked with other related IT automation solutions like Discovery/Modelling/CMDB/Orchestration/RPAI have a Bachelor of Engineering and Technology degree in Electronics and Communication. Worked on different industry domains and has specialization on Server Automation, Network automation, IT Operations and Management Tools. He has also worked on other platform/enterprise tools like CA Nimsoft, CA Spectrum, AppDynamics, SCOM, Control M, Entuity, Solarwind, Dynatrace and HP OM, HP NNMi, Solarwinds, Zabbix and Nagios.I have experience in architecting, consulting, and designing solutions for different clients which involved planning, implementation, configuration, and maintenance/migration of various IT Operations Management (ITOM) applications.Apart from the experience with ITOM Tools I have also served as Sector Manager IMEA (India, Middle East and Africa) region as part of his tenure in where he handled end-to-end Service delivery of all customers that came under IMEA region and took care of resource management along with Global Service Delivery.I also have an experience as IT infrastructure Project Manager, where he utilized Prince 2 methodologies to implement and organize projects related to server and network infrastructures. I also have experience in setting up of NOC (Network Operation Centre) starting from scratch. I did it both ways: infrastructure wise as well as process wise.
