Leading the product design team at start.ru involves focusing on team development, envisioning design, and process building. The product design department I lead consists of 9 members and continues to expand. My responsibilities also include establishing effective communication channels between the content, marketing, and product departments.In a previous role as a lead designer at SberMarket, I contributed to cart-filling flows, gamification, loyalty programs, and monetization. I also facilitated structured interaction processes among designers, UX researchers, and product managers within and across domains. At Arcsinus, as the head of the design department, I successfully introduced the sale of UX research at the business level.Advocating the belief that a product designer serves as a valuable asset to a product manager, I presented this perspective at the ProductSense 2023 product conference. Possessing a strong understanding of business metrics, I was actively involved in refining the product backlog and shaping hypotheses.Engaged in conducting UX research and applying the appropriate method for various situations, I am proficient in the JTBD methodology and emphasize the importance of creating personas to enhance empathy within the product team.
