• Supervised a team of 5 on data management and software development activities/tasks ensuring that team members were meeting the various project objectives, deliverables and timelines.• Designed and led the implementation of a CDC funded DHIS2 system on the PROUD-Z project for use nationwide to collect and report PEPFAR funded HIV indicators. This system was automated to report data to DATIM instead of manual data entry. This cut the redundant manpower and time to report by close to 80%• Provided project updates and analysis of KPIs to key stakeholders such as CDC and Zambia's Ministry of Health, and CIDRZ board and management. Also advised on required staff, creating and monitoring the budget and created activity plans for health information system related projects• Developed a file backup system using Python (Flask framework) for study participants of the TB_SRN Study under the University of Bern (Switzerland). This ensured that all study participant images collected during the study such as X-rays, were safely available for data analysis once the study completed• Provided technical assistance to the various CDC funded implementing partners and kept track of user feature request and bugs raised using JIRA

Also developed a system to automate the distribution of reward airtime to the various study participants in real time using Python• Generating routine reports for public health and clinical trials for use in key decision making for Zambia and Ghana based studies under the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands) funded ROTA-Biotic Study• Designed and implemented data collection forms and provided data management through routine data cleaning and reporting to UNICEF EPI-OPT vaccine distribution and and Ministry of Health's Zisamale public health study• Provided training of clinical and data staff at facility, district, provincial and national level on data management as well as good practice for handling data
