RESPONSIBILITIES: • Managing resources and equipment to achieve project progress within stipulated duration• Maintaining all Transport, earthmoving & lifting machinery such as; Hywa, Eicher canter, Bolero camper & pickup, Backhoe loader, Excavator, Hydra etc.• Project co-ordination with system contractors and site in charge for smooth running of Project• Coordinating with planning department & senior site management for all key handover dates and milestone certifications etc.• Billing of hired assets & co-ordination with sub-contractors as well as concerned departments.• Prepared submittals i.e. (Method of statement, O&M manual, Training Manual, Final Taking over documents), commercial variation, and new item proposals with complete analysis.• Miscellaneous ERP work as per requirement, such as; preparation of requisition for consumables etc.• Analysis of utilization, breakdown & fuel consumption of all the machinery on daily & monthly basis• Maintaining records of consumables & reconciliation with the store department.• After all playing vital role in the P&M workshop if needed.
