• Maintenance of Rotating & Non Rotating Equipments• Inspection of Reinstatement activities such as Gasket installation, Bolt Torqueing etc...• Monitor and control the material ordered & adequate resources available for execution of work in accordance to plan schedule • Preparing a daily manpower report & maintain it• To prepare & maintain daily progress report• Planning and executing the work at site.• Execution of Structural activities.• Random safety inspection at site as an additional measure by management to ensure safety of manpower working at site.

• Fabrication & Erection of Steel Structures.• Refer Drawings, Fabrication drawings, Erection drawings, P& ID, specification, procedure for further work.• Receive & understand the design documents & arrange field materials.• Planning of monthly/weekly /daily Erection/Welding of Boiler supporting structures, Pressure parts as per milestone/Schedule. • Pre-assembly and Erection of Boiler supporting Structures, pressure parts systems like water circulation system, economizer system, super heater system, de-super heater system, Re-heater system and Boiler Feed Water discharge piping with Supports.• Erection of Boiler accessories like safety valves, ERV, Soot blower, wall blower, temp probe and SV- silencer and Boiler Drains, vents, etc and Erection of Pressure parts vertical enclosures and Insulations & Refractory etc.• Checking out the fit up as per fabrication drawing.• Preparation of IR (Inspection Report) as per IBR Boiler Inspector requirement. • Various types of structures alignment inspection.• Perform the welder test• Attending daily & weekly meeting with clients.
