In my role I´ve served as an operational and strategic right-hand to the Technology division’s leader, helping to drive efficiency, alignment and successful execution of key initiatives. I played a pivotal role in fostering a positive culture within the technology division. Participated in change management initiatives, communication and coordination when other changes were introduced by managing the transition, ensuring that the teams were engaged and informed and that the changes are implemented smoothly. I was instrumental in the division in handling unexpected challenges or crises, coordinating the response, and ensuring that the division could quickly adapt to changes and disruptions. Also oversee special projects that fall outside the usual scope of the technology division but are critical for the company’s growth or operational efficiency. I was a part of a OKR (Objectives and Key Results) taskforce, facilitating and following through on the development and tracking of OKRs. Furthermore I handled diverse administrative work such as expenses, flights and office management for the CTO.

At Marel, I developed and promoted the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS) system on a global scale, ensuring its implementation in 18 languages. In addition to this, I conducted training sessions and further refined the NPS process to cover all stages of the customer journey within the services division. My efforts led to the initiation and execution of service improvement processes based on direct customer feedback.During a significant organizational shift, I played a key role in the change journey of "glocalizing" the service network. This involved aligning and motivating service operations to adapt to the new structure while maintaining a local focus. In this project I held 36 training sessions. With about 370 individuals that attending the training. Furthermore, I was a strong advocate for customers across the company working to enhance various customer journeys across Marel.

I supervised the onboarding process for trading financial products, ensuring both compliance with regulations and a seamless customer experience. Additionally, I managed product development and quality control initiatives within Markets, collaborating closely with other departments and steering groups.I also played a key role in preparing promotional materials and reports for senior management and the Board of Directors, while handling content creation for the annual reports, corporate website and presentations.Also I had a role of a Project Manager in the corporate and investment banking division where I participated in the design and implementation of a customer relationship management system and played a key role in strategic planning and service execution. I was also responsible for ensuring the division adhered to compliance standards, verifying that contracts, forms, and procedures were fully compliant. I contributed to product development and led projects focused on achieving the bank’s vision of superior service. I was in charge of event preparation and delivering presentations.
