Throughout seven years of experience at Guink, I have designed for e-commerce, online banking, event planning, and B2B and B2C software in different projects in Costa Rica and abroad, whether leading or collaborating with UX/UI cross-functional teams, from user research and wireframing to testing and delivery of the final product.

As part of the Product Designers team, I supported the UX/UI design with prototypes, user research, and the maintenance of the design system.Out of the five solutions the company offers, I was in charge of the UX/UI design for SRM Sentinel, a comprehensive solution for identifying active preventive maintenance, recall, campaign, and fault code alerts for assets across brands in one platform. Exploring product features with PMs, coordinating handover and implementation with the development teams, and leading research initiatives to support strategy business planning. My inherence in the product led to better architectural information, clearer hierarchies in the UI, and the inclusion of sections and features such as the Home dashboard and the possibility to save filter criteria.
