Aftermarket Sales Associate
Current• Collaborates with outside sales reps on customer requests, account profile updates and product quotes.• Increases sales commissions by 50% or greater each quarter by increasing equipment sales for top 10 customer base and achieve individual sales goals to support the organizations’ sales and profit objectives.• Create, process, and resolve discrepancies for purchase orders and customer invoicing.• Works with Accounting and Receiving departments to correct discrepancies in quantity and/or pricing of inventoryshipped or received.• Assists accounts receivable by collecting payments for current and outstanding invoices.• Creates evaluation tools and track yearly and monthly goals charts to record sales progress.• Collates sales data to provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify trends in data and to spotanomalies.• Responsible for turning around purchase requisitions in a timely manner to ensure that manufacturing productioncontinues without interruption.• Assists buyers and warehouse managers with requestors inquiries as to the stats of orders, expediting rush orders with vendors, and provide superior customer service while taking on senior-level responsibilities.• Assists buyers in resolving nonconforming quality issues.• Enhances customer satisfaction for multiple regions in the U.S by improving response time and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.• Demonstrates outstanding customer service by answering technical questions posed by customers during inbound and outbound calls.• Increases quota and purchase requestions turnaround time by 25% to ensure manufacturing production continues without interruptionTroubleshoots equipment maintenance issues by utilizing product knowledge, blueprints, and research methods.
