Operative:I calculated the Forecasts and Budgets for the Group with the CEO and CFO.I planned and carried out monthly automated financial follow-up system for our customers - scale: 2,5B€. Strategic:I led the Business Finland funded project for Nordic market research and mapped and contacted potential partners in the Swedish market. I handled the Investor calls and meetings for Admicom Group in co-operation with the CEO. I co-operated with the CEO in planning new short-term financing product for our service offering.Development:I was the Product Owner/Scum master for the Adminet-ERP system and responsible for Change requests, Roadmaps and Scrum.I led the development and documentation of Admicom's product development process together with senior colleagues (standardization of Change Requests and Prioritization process).I was responsible for implementing GDPR requirements in the organization, our sw, and training our customers.I led the migration and production of user documentation on new Wiki-platform and produced video instructions on fundamental ERP-modules for Adminet users.Team lead & HR responsibilities:I planned and executed the Employee Induction Trainings and training materials for that.Leading ERP Deployments and Customer Training with responsibility over 30 consultants.
