My responsibility was to lead a 1,4M€, 15-20 person SaaS company in build of business growth and internationalization. I adapted myself quickly to a new business and technologies. I refined the company strategy starting from both established and start-up business areas.I transformed: - company from many business orientations to two focus businesses- a tech oriented software company to a customer oriented company - an unknown company to desired place to work.Lead internal quality work towards ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compatibility by process definition, standardization and measurement in fields of SaaS metrics, Documentation, R&D, Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing. Protected company intellectual property rights in Europe.I lead and did software sales to new and existing SaaS customers in private and public sector. Did productization. Did account management for leading construction industry and road maintenance companies (customer's own related total turnover magnitude 0,5-0,8 bn€). Planned and organized implementation of SaaS tools within customer organizations in process digitalization.Lead and was part of software development. Part time Product Owner / support. Gathered the understanding of customer needs and communicated findings to internal stakeholders. I was a railroad fleet performance and lifecycle cost (LCC) and RAM analyst, builded and developed company calculation models and processes. Taking care of the customer relations at the negotiation table was one of my long-term duties since start of Helsinki capital Arctic tram operations. I managed development projects.

I purchased the standards for our company and developed the co-operation with Finnish Standards Association. This work gave good understanding of the power of standardization both in products and services. LEAN and Continuous Improvement were part of my work.I worked as an internal auditor - developing Skoda Transtech´s operational quality throughout the company.

I was responsible for schedule management development project. Result was a detailed supply chain schedule model covering whole life cycle from customer order through design, sourcing, manufacturing to maintenance & follow up. The model has made possible the follow-up of simultaneous complex projects and e.g. made the resource budgeting easier.

My responsibility was the juridical binding safety assessment documentation for the new double decker passenger coach types as part of the type acceptance process. This work was done according to the European Common Safety Method (CSM) legislation in English. Therefore I produced and coordinated large quantity of legislative precise documentation. I worked in fruitful co-operation with wide domestic and foreign specialist network also in German language. I also managed the project technical requirement summaries and developed the quality of the project requirement management. I succeeded in European business co-operation specially with German and Swiss colleagues. I learned to clarify my professional communication in English and German.

It was my responsibility to e.g. execute Europe-wide strategic steel cast component sourcing according to technical specifications. The best candidates were identified from among European suppliers taking into account e.g. most suitable manufacturing technologies and quality. With help of both supplier and own R&D expertise our product’s suitability to cost effective serial production was improved in the process.

My responsibility was the co-operation with Swiss and Finnish supplier in bogie product design team. I managed to generate new effective design team communication practices. As the best acknowledgement for my performance I was requested to take a permanent position as a tram bogie system lead. Instead I insisted to continue my professional rotation in order to get a comprehensive understanding of the whole railroad vehicle order supply- chain.
