Trailblazing the inevitable major shift towards off-site construction. Taking a product-based approach by applying mass customization to modular construction. First product-line: most advanced bathroom modules on the market. Main tasks: Leading the business unit, including strategic planning & implementation, team building, sales, ecosystem management, funding, financial control.Team achievements:o From inception to completed products from own production facility in less than 10 monthso First project delivered in early 2018o First external clients signed in H1/2018o Gathering the largest developers and construction companies in Finland and the Nordics to a joint development consortium to develop Modules 2.0 product family H2/2018o Launch of the product family and first frame agreements signed H1/2019o Negotiating and setting up manufacturing cooperation with a modular manufacturer from the shipbuilding industry. Member of the executive team. Responsible for growth strategy and management system development.Fira Group had over doubled in size in 3 years and looked to expand its operations from construction to scalable technological solutions and software, thus clarity and direction was sought through strategy work. The new strategy mapped out the direction for scalable international growth that was strongly rooted in the top-of-class construction operations, utilizing that as a test-bed.The strategy was forged together with the management team and all 300 Fira employees.The renewed strategy functioned as a basis for Fira Group's +10M€ investment program on scalability and internationalization backed by Business Finland (granted 11/2017). It was followed by subsequent investments by Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company and Tesi (Finnish Industry Investment Ltd).Fira won the strategy act of the year award in 2017 by the Strategic Management Society of Finland.

Responsible for sales and offering development at a customer-driven construction company focused on plumbing retrofits (a subsidiary of Fira Group). 3 direct reports.Accumulated a cumulative deal base of 100M€ during 2014-2016. Annual revenue ~30 M€.Team achievements: o Successful planning and implementation of a sales & customer driven strategy that changed the industry dynamics from a siloed and distributed project model to an integrated full-service offeringo Service design for the new integrated service concept - Fira Agileo Built a sales model that was based on direct hold of end-customers, rather than depending on invitations to tendero Launched and showcased the potential of the concept in a 2-week plumbing retrofit (usually 3-18 months). Over 250 articles were written about the project which garnered 62,5 million clicks online.o Record order backlog at year-end 2016Awards: Golden Sabre communications award, Effie marketing award, Retrofit of the year award.
